CHIPPER DRUM FILLETS
2 lbs. freshwater drum fillets 1/2 C Caesar salad dressing 1 C crushed potato chips 1/2 C shredded, sharp cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 450°F. Dip unfrozen fish fillets into salad dressing and place on baking sheet. Mix crushed potato chips with cheese and sprinkle over fil-lets. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes apart easily when tested with a fork. Serves 6.
